Introduction:
This course provides practical training and interactive learning on how derivatives work and is employed within strategies, to increase the interaction between front, middle and back-office staff and to improve confidence.
Building on the foundation of the course “Fundamentals of derivative products”, the Intermediate 2-day course offers participants an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and explore the use of Derivatives in a variety of risk mitigating, yield enhancement and trading solutions. During the course delegates will learn to use derivative-pricing tools in order to enhance their knowledge and to understand and use it in a practical way.
Learning objectives:
To provide a more in-depth knowledge to participants who have attended the fundamentals of Derivative Products course or have knowledge of the subject matter at equal level At the end of the course you will understand how Interest Rate and Credit Derivative Products are used in risk mitigating structures, yield enhancement and trading After the course delegates learned how to price Interest Rate and Credit Derivative Products Delegates will learn how to compare and contrast mechanics and risks of Interest Rate and Credit Derivative Products
